Return Policy: In store exchange only

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:
We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
 
RETURN PROCESS:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email support@nothisisnot.com, providing your order details and reason for return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
 
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
For returns within the United States, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount based on your location.
The deduction will be calculated using standard shipping rates applicable to your area.
 
Return and Exchange process:
Once we receive an item, we can exchange to a different size or model item if the product is in stock and we will mail it out within the 5-7 business days,If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock you have an option to get on a waiting list or choose an available product.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as mittens, tights, socks, stockings, underwear, corsetry (underwear), bodysuits, bra tops, swimwear.
